Prepare the Product
Ensure the rug is unused, clean, and in its original packaging; please include all original tags and documentation.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Choose between bringing the item to one of our signature showrooms or scheduling a professional courier pickup for a nominal fee.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
